That lines are important for the sake of lines only, that this is insignificant to the process of painting, its media or the art that may be drawn out from its basic structural surface notwithstanding. To create an artwork especially painting, the idea is to be borne out or come to fruition whereon the concept of the image or lack of one communicates a color precedence negative or positive. Painting I often think of as having similar approach to a craftsmanship behavior as the sculptor exercises with his/her work. In painting ,the object of visual impact may return a negative or positive value that adds and subtract from the core element of a work itself, this behavior may be idiosyncratic by nature as it is secondary. The idea of a secondary disposition adds handily to a concept of modeling that I often refer to as a ‘condition of collective history’ through which the evolution of an artwork may slowly emerge. This approach becomes the artistic synthesis of creative license, one of experience and theory that comes with the artist maturity. Artistic promotion revolves around a metamorphic correlative interpretation, of imagery, iconography and meaning.
